Specific: It says specifically what we need to achieve – a level of understanding that will equip leaders to run sessions.
Measureable: We can measure both how equipped the leaders feel and whether the roll-out sessions happen. Perhaps we can ask them how comfortable they feel explaining the new strategy?
Agreed: It is implicit here that the executive team want this to happen, but perhaps we need a formal sign off of this as an objective?
Realistic: We can deliver a conference and roll-out packs, but can we guarantee that leaders will conduct the roll-out sessions? Is there something else we need to worry about to make sure it happens?
Time-bound: The roll-out sessions are to be conducted before year end.
